Right Away Disposal (RAD) is now the Exclusive Trash and Recycling Provider for Shadow Mountain Ranch!
Please see attached announcement regarding the new trash and recycling service which begins for all Shadow Mountain Ranch homeowners on July 1, 2021. Weekly trash and recycling service will be on Thursdays. This announcement, on a postcard, will also be mailed to all homeowners.

April 15, 2021 - Please see the link below for the Shadow Mountain Ranch's revised Enforcement Policy which was recently approved by your HOA Board during an open meeting. This new policy will be effective May 1, 2021. It is also available on the Governing Documents page.

Recently a letter from your Board of Directors regarding several general challenges facing the homeowners in your community was sent via email from Mission Management to residents. Please see the link below for a copy of the letter including the photo of the basketball backboard and hoop that were damaged recently.

Feb 21, 2021 - NOTE: To all homeowners and residents of SMR community
Hopefully you received the letter by now from Adam LLC explaining the situation with our upcoming 2021 elections. Because of an unforeseen problem that Adam LLC caused, our elections have been postponed and moved to April 2021 as advised by our lawyer. Please disregard and throw away the election ballot you received from Adam LLC. This way there will be no confusion or mix up with the new ballot arriving from our new management company Mission Management LLC.
Our annual meeting and elections will take place in April. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. Please continue to check our website for any upcoming information.
