This notice is to inform the Shadow Mountain Ranch Homeowners that the Board of Directors will be meeting Thursday 6/2/22 at 5:00pm via Zoom for an Executive Session. 

Although attendance at the executive session is restricted to the Board (members are not permitted to attend), Arizona law requires that members be informed of executive session meetings.  The Board anticipates meeting in executive session to address: (see Planned Community ARS 33-1804)

# 4. Matters relating to the job performance of, compensation of, health records of or specific complaints against an individual employee of the association or an individual employee of a contractor of the association who works under the direction of the association.
